Location; staff was helpful; computer was available

noisy room right off the street; beds need a lighter sheet in addition to the provided heavier comforter; room safes did not work with the given instructions

The location is great for access to pretty much everything. Niederdorfstrasse is a buzzing hive of activity at night, loads of night clubs bars and restaraunts.

Forget taking a car into this area, very minimal parking. The station is 5-10 mins walk and within very easy walking distance. Niederdorfstrasse is great for the buzz - but it keeps buzzing till 5.00 am ( even on the Wednesday & Thursday nights that we stayed). I was working throughout our stay so I was pleased to come home for a good nights sleep. Book a room at the back of the hotel if you can.
