Impressive building and clean hallway.

Reception staff were rude both in the evening and on the afternoon of check out. The second member of reception that I spoke to was both rude and offensive.

Generally a good experience, however......The reason for our stay was to get a good sleep prior to the 24 hour flight to Sydney. I was extremely disappointed to find out that there was no hot water on our whole floor either on the Friday night or again in the morning. A 24 hour flight for the whole family with no shower was extremely disappointing and i am going to request a refund.
