Great impromptu music night in foyer.

Cleanliness of changing rooms in leisure complex was awful, the smell was disgusting and they were not clean, totally off putting from the start. The service and cleanliness of the Bally buffet was very poor, chipped water jugs, chipped salt & pepper poor waitress service and the food was like school dinners. No one came to ask us if we enjoyed our meal and we sat for 30 mins after we had finised before we saw anyone. I think some hospitality training would help. Noise from the room above was terrible couldnt sleep, soundproofing the rooms would be an idea.

Friendly staff, excellent food at the wedding, easy to book and locate hotel.

The room wasnt as good as expected, we expected to stay in new part of hotel with the wedding party - apart from that everything was great.
