We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights b&b but found it too long (108220271)

Hotel was very clean

It's the smallest room we have ever had in a hotel, it was very noisy from the traffic, floor was slippy almost fell a few times,could never get connected to the free internet and reception staff offered no help, lift was a squash with 2 persons in it, no meal facilities other than the breakfast and unless you like Pizza there were no other eating places in the area that we could find, the bed was like sleeping on a board it was so hard so 5 nights was a bit much. On checking out they were quite indifferent they just took the money and did not say thanks or have a good trip as we left. We have stayed in many hotels in other countries but this has been the worst. It was our first trip to Lisbon and would not go back.

We spent 2 nights in the romantic suite as a start of out honeymoon. This room is basically a normal size (not small) one with a hydromassage bathtube. The room is not noisy at all, the metro stop is at the door - I would happily recommend this room for anybody. It was cheaper to book online. (97451713)

The spa bath was fantastic after a hard days sightseeing All staff always very helpful, polite and spoke English, although chamber maid didn't quite grasp concept of the do not disturb sign! All hotel extremely clean, light and airy Very good value for money. Although hotel a little out of immediate city centre it is very well placed for all transport so no problem getting around at all Get the #91 aerobus from airport(stops right outside) and buy a Lisbon Card - great value. Buy a rough guide or lonely planet guide - saw more from following them than if you join sightseeing tours etc. Stunning city, go! (99849182)
