Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very small, but adequate and very clean. Breakfast was juice, coffee/tea, cereal, breads/rolls and some slices of meat and cheese. Near enough to metro stations, once you know where you're going and don't have a big bag to carry.

Finding it was a challenge-took the metro and had to lug suitcases around a few streets and up a hill to find it. The room was tiny. Had booked a twin room online, but when we checked in were told there was only a double bed available. There was a rooster nearby, so didn't have much choice about waking up early, but obviously the hotel can't help that.

An excellent value for money option on main bus rouites. Staff are very helpful and informative about Lisbon and methods of transport. All speak good English. I would thoroughly recommend it as an economical place to stay, the breakfast is exceptional at this price. Don't use it if you are unfit as there are hills to negotiate, as in all of Lisbon and there is no lift. (97496398)

Good clean, budget priced accomodation, I enjoyed my stay very much, being a lone female traveller, I was glad of the Restaurants a few doors away, very convenient. Very good standard breakfast, plenty to eat, and lovely friendly staff. Recommend, you will get a friendly welcome, and Lisbon is wonderful. (97089082)

If anything being November, ground floor room under a stairway was cold at night, even with a portable heater.
