Great Hotel, Great Location

Unfortunately the hotel was let down by the staff. - most of which were very unfreindly.

The hotel was in a very convenient location just inside the city walls. This meant we could drive right up to the door to unload our luggage and not bump suitcases over the cobbles, and we could park just outside the walls to avoid paying any parking charges.We also liked the restaurant which served excellent meals.

The hotel was rather cold. We had an electric radiator in our room but the corridors were unheated.
