The cab company working with the hotel are rip offs as the cab driver from Cyprus booked by the hotel receptionist exploited me by charging me an extra cost of what the hotel receiption told me, and driving me through a far route thinking i do not know the street am going because i told him i came from africa on a conference.

The room was clean and very decent size

The pressure in the taps was very poor, not good enough to have a shower. When we had hot water there was no cold water and visa versa. There was constant traffic overhead all night, we did not get any sleep. We went to reception to complain at 11pm but reception was closed. I did verbally complain the following morning and asked for a refund as we were checking out because of the noise level. We would have put up with the water situation. The breakfast was very unsatisfactory also. we had to look for basics such as cutlery, delf and bread. In the dining room there was furniture stored and it was more like a store room.

Friendly staff. Room warm. TV worked.

Shower didn't work, kettle broken, toilet seat kept falling down, room only just clean enough, curtains ripped away from rail at top, bed hard, squash instead of juice for breakfast.
