Room was very good. 2 bed apartment. 1 room on-suite. Sitting room with large TV. Nice kitchen.

Had to collect key from letting agency which was away from the apartment

Bad orginisation by staff at PAD. Left us waiting ages for Keys, toilet in apartment didnt work (Flush not even connected), called to tell them and noone turned up to fix it so we all had to share en suite! No apologies from staff! (107360133)

Arrived to be told that the original apartment we had booked was no longer avaliable and were moved to a different apartment at the other side of town.

Central position close to all ameneties. Continental breakfast. General standard of accommodation was excellent. Security of building & Car Park was excellent.

Cleaner arrived at 08:00 hrs to clean adjoining apartment. Why when checkout time is 11:00 hrs? We were not given Door Code for pedestrian access to building. Had to enter via Car Park !!

Nice stay but wouldn't want to use this apartment due to noise from railway line. (107428233)

Good value and nice comfortable apartment. Decor was nice and lovely fittings.

Not advised it was directly across from a busy railway line so it was noisy & couldn't open windows without letting the noise in. Fridge didn't work Carpets could do with a clean in main living area along with cushions.

Room was stylish/modern & a step up from your regular holidayinn type of hotels - very impressed with the apartment

checking on process needs to be improved, having someone onsight or a place to wait would be better than having to wait outside apartments for someone to bring the keys
