The old guy on reception was very helpful and a credit to the hotel

Very good, will use same hotel again when ever in the area again.
(108628821)

Nice room for 3 people, had what we needed, reception staff where very helpfull, and made it very clear to just ask and they will provide.

We booked a triple room, but it only had two beds, so we had too pay extra for another bed.

It's a nice enough place, and perhaps when all the construction for the Olympics is finished it will feel more like a hotel again, and less like a workman's hostel.
(108348036)

Bright, modern and reasonably clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The vast number of workmen staying and a maze of white vans in the car park, somewhat intimidating for a lone female. I didn't realise that it is more like a motel, with rooms off an external balcony.

Rooms newly refurbished. Helpfull staff. adequate continental breakfast. Rooms and ensuite slightly small.

Good location. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms.

Noise levels high when tradesmen staying at hotel left in the morning with transport. No parking due to the tradesmens vehicles.

Good price and handy for work

the sheets were dirty and the pillow case had not been changed from teh person before. when called reception it was soon sorted. no remote for TV and no option not to have your room cleaned. a fridge would have been handy. Also building working taking place woken up at 7am with drilling and hamering not good!!!

Overall new hotel, but blood on sheets on bed in room and crumpled bloodstained sheet found on wardrobe ruined the experience.

A great place to stay, I will definately stay here again.

Very convenient location, very comfortable and clean room. Although I had to leave early, (before breakfast)the dining area and aromas looked most inviting. Efficient and courteous staff.

Lavatory seat required fixing.

The transport by 25 bus is good.

The hotel is in good tidiness and clean.

The inclusive breakfast is not up to any standard, particularly the 'apparently water diluted ' juice.

Booked on internet, upon arrival i was told no room was booked in my name. After walking back to my work place to locate booking which i had printed off and returning to the hotel i was told there was no booking in my name and no rooms available that night. i then had to walk around Stratford to locate another hotel. i was called by phone the next day telling me i had been booked in and had been charged for that night for not "checking in on the 16th March". I explained what happened and was credited the full amount taken from my account.

Very clean and warm. The room was excellent.

There was no breakfast available at 07:30, even though we had been told that was when it would start. There was no sign of any activity at all.

Apart from the stuffiness this stay was basically without fault. I would stay here like a shot next time I am in London.
Seriously good value.
(107999571)

FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY given how central it is.
Very clean, everything pretty immaculate, nicely decorated, squeaky clean bathroom etc.
I can't stress enough how pleasantly surprised I was at the standard of the room for under £100 in central London, let alone for this price bracket.

Room was quite stuffy sometimes - wall fan did not operate and windows have sensibly restricted opening as a flat roof was under the rooms. Even with radiator switched off latent heat from other rooms made it stuffy, which did affect my sleep a little. There was no TV remote.
Breakfast was very basic. But since it was included in a ludicrously low room price, that's hardly a really bad point.
