Good overall. All staff very cheerful and helpful. New owners took over the hotel only 2 months ago. Readers of these reviews should not be influenced by poor reviews written prior to August 2008. Give the new owners a chance to carry out their improvements. (107971659)

Hotel improved under new management. Excellent evening meal in the newly refurbished restaurant.

Modernisation will take some time to complete but this is a lovely old Manor House with much potential.
