Staff very friendly communal areas and room very clean, location close to city centre but in quiet area so a good location for business traveller. Excellent value for money, good quality breakfast and excellent service all round. Free Wifi!

Only bad point was no designated parking but reasonable pay and display on the same road as hotel.

Friendly staff, well maintained hotel. Great that WIFI was not only available but free!

No lift and it was a lot of stairs to the top floor!! It would have been nice to get an evening meal in the hotel, I was on my own and I did not really want to go somewhere else.

clean and friendly hotel.Near to restaurants etc and a 20 minute walk to the SECC. The reception staff were helpful

No literature in the room about the area Nothing to say what time breakfast was available or what time the restaurant or bar shut. On arriving back about 23.00hrs the reception and bar were locked up The safe was unable to be used as it could not be locked and staff were unable to correct the settings (she did try) and there was a light out (not major issue)

the walls are so thin I could hear "EVERYTHING". I hardly had any sleep due to the noise from other people in the rooms next to me.
