Would reccomend it to others, 5 min from town centre, convenient, friendly and overall great hotel to visit. (108334197)

The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast was lovely. I was very impressed with cleanliness of the room and comfort. The hotel has a character, lovely surroundings, good secure place, great bar, overall atmosphere was fantastic!

What a breath of fresh air a UK hotel that provides good quality, stylish accommodation, great customer service and in the restaurant really good food and wine. Had to keep pinching ourselves having stayed in some terrible hotels. - I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

A very minor niggle at breakfast- coffee and tea were self serve from large thermoses- which let the otherwise excellent catering down but just feedback rather than a moan.

Nice clean room. Huge bathroom, with good toiletries. They allowed us to check in early which was very helpful.

Not really a bad point just a bit strange. We had phoned before arriving so perhaps that's why they did not take any details down. But I felt it was a bit unusual. I expected them to at least note down the car details. The lady at the checkin gave us room keys but didn't tell us about breakfast time and the fact that you need to pick up a token to get out of the car park. Thankfully as we were trying to drive out another member of staff helped.

there was no guide in the rooms to hotel services or information on serving times for breakfast or dinner with the result we almost missed dinner on sunday because the kitchen closes early.but the lady in charge allowed us to order with only 5 minutes left to kitchen closing.
