Palm Hills

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in the area over the last 7 years that I have been working in the area and non are as nice as Palm Hills. It is so nice to have a boutique hotel experience in such a 'business hotel' type of area. (107755859)

The hotel is very clean, very modern, very nice! The food was excellent and even the toast at breakfast was of the highest standard! The staff are helpful and attentive and it is head and shoulders above other local hotels.

Attractive hotel was well decorated both externally and in the reception & bar and dining room. Room were also well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was well fitted if somewhat on the small side. Lighting could be improved.

The following are not bad points but helpful suggestions We would have liked some fresh fruit at breakfast A mirror in the bedroom would be very useful for using a hairdryer etc.

wonderful hotel, lovely staff, super food

room was very hot.....weather was hot....but small windows could not be opened, but we understand why they couldn't.

Very good, especially as it had only been open a few weeks I would have expected more 'teething troubles'. I would definitely stay here again. (108075452)

Very comfortable rooms, excellent food, very curteous staff.

One coffee pod machine did not work in one of the rooms we had and one room did not have a telephone.
