An excellent stay. English Rose hotels should sharpen up their booking system. (107137005)
beautiful building, well run, nice rooms, attentive staff. excellent menu and dining experience.
Despite an e mailed confirmation of our booking, the wrey head had not received our booking from their centre. Thanks to competent staff we were accomodated and it turned out to be an excellent stay.
