Dinham Hall Hotel

Dinhall Hall is that rarest of hotels - one with real character. Great old house and good location, lack of hotel gimmickry, good basics, welcoming staff.

Layout of rooms is a bit confusing - but that comes with the old house.

Position excellent with parking and staff good

Poor room with noise from above including plumbing, wardrobe door not fitting and one blind at least broken; inadequate supply of tea and coffee.

Ludlow is a beautiful place to visit and the hotel has a good location but does not reach the standard of sevice expected in hotel charging this tarrif. (108036901)

Lovely Georgian house with some period pieces of furniture. Fixtures and fittings were good. Bathrobes and a comfortable bed. The gardens were well kept.

We just felt the hotel had the potential to be very good but the staff really need to try much harder to make the customer feel special. There didn't seem to be anybody in charge during the stay.The breakfast was a disapointment because the order was wrong when it came and when replaced clearly it had been kept warm and therefore the bacon had dried up.The toast was lovely fresh bread just not toasted much!!! The cereal choice was poor.
