I booked last minute for our employees and everything went very smoothly even though the room had not been paid for(I thought it was paid for on line) my staff were not harrassed for payment and I was contacted the fopllowing day for card details. No problem parking, good web site

I thought that I had paid by debit card on booking, and I dont like giving all of my card details on a fax as I dont really know who will have access to this info

Great hotel - clean, stylish, comfortable bed, good sized room, quiet, nice bathroom with bath, good TV, excellent & friendly staff, very helpful. Also very good breakfast and fabulous lobby/breakfast room. Top marks!

Hotel was great, but they had NO record of my booking through the Active Hotels website, so your service is a bit rubbish! Luckily they had space for us, otherwise we would have been stuck with no room and a young baby.

The hotel was just opened 6 weeks before we stood at the hotel. It was very nice and modern furnishered. The staff is extremely friendly! Nice breakfast room!

Friendly and efficient staff. We expected a poor continental breakfast but were surprised how good and filling it was so never missed a fry-up.

Enjoyed our stay, thought the design of the hotel interior was unusual and refreshing and breakfast menu good. Satff were freiendsly and gave lots of information relating to the area. (107149481)

Room nice and bright and clean, beds comfortable and lovely quality sheets, fair amount of TV chanels and nice style of TV.

Staying with family for birthday surprise for mother who had her 80th birthday. The friendliness of the hotel staff and quality of the hotel made it an even better stay than we could have anticipated. I have already booked to go back for a wedding weekend. (108058868)
