Seriously I would never expect to stay in such an apartment. It had everything! 32" TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen. I paid a little over 100 pounds a night and I must say it was worth it 100%.

The reception was small. It should be bigger and better. They could also have wifi. They do provide free wired internet.

Very pleased with the appartment but appauled with the customer service, would have gone back to stay there again if the customer service had been better and i hadn't had to shell out

Quality and decor of room - very nice

Customer Service was appauling - parking was appauling.
Due to their poor parking spaces i popped a tyre on the Saturday morning and when asking for help was rudely spoken to and given no help even though it was not my fault -awful.

Apartment was beyond spotless, it could just have been built, and was very well appointed.

Apartments not easy to find, perhaps a map and bigger sign.

the apartment itself was really nice, the night we spent staying in it though was poor.

Nice, clean luxurious apartments.

- we soon realised why it was cheap for what you got, the fact we had no sleep ALL night due to proximity of the railway and tube lines.
- very poor management of staff, could not seem to manage at all doing their job.
- we had great difficulties trying to check in, such as having to walk to the nearest cash point, which wasn't very close atall, due to lack of credit card equipment and poor staff.
- lack of staff.

Unbelievable value for money! - will aim to stay with Marlin Apartments for every trip to london I make from now on. You turned our great weekend into such a fantastic and luxurious one! A definite must for any travellor! Many Thanks!

To say that I booked this apartment at 11:30pm on the Friday night for the Saturday I could not recommend any more highly. Absolutely fantastic- brand new modern interior and service and value for money excellent! Would love to be a permanant resident inn such a plush apartment!

Excellant room condition.

Room was not ready for use, front door would not close shut and therfore had to be moved to another room.No milk provided as stated in the brochure.No wine bottle opener not provieded as part of the cultery.
