Apartment was really nice and great location for the Lowry where we were visiting to see a band..

Room wasn't ready when we arrived as the previous people had a late check out so we were over an hour late getting settled, even though we had rang to see if we could have an early check in which was refused we were not told we would be an hour later than the 2pm time scheduled.

i was advised to call a tel number to pass the keys over, but there was no reply so i had to post the keys through the letter box, and then post the garage key card, this should had been made clearer

Overall, thought it was excellent, only minor criticisms. Would definitely use again if circumstances required, would highly recommend (107942035)

hard to find. Sat Nav & Internet couldn't find exact location, only the street. No mention of Mayfair appartments visible on the building. Couldn't contact anyone when checking out.

The staff answered to questions they did not really now. For example that the shops in Leeds opened at 10.00 on Sundays when it was 11.00. The breakfast could have had some more healty alternatives, it was very "fat".

Well situated for city centre. Secure parking. Well equipped

Difficult to mae arrnagements for entry with numerous calls having to be made and ten minute wait on the pavement on arrival. No hot water and no instructions as to how to get any! Property very echoing and needs something to deaden sound

The room was really modern and well maintained. There was a television and cd player in the lounge which was great. We loved the situation of the apartment as it was close to the city centre!!! We had an extra person and it was no trouble for them to add an extra bed for us!! Great friendly service.

We were provided with one of the codes to get in the main door but not the code to get into our block or the gate. This was a bit of a pain as we had to ask somebody who lived there.
