initially more than satisfied. i appreciate not replacing towels was an oversight but i expected to be able to ring through to someone to request some. i regret not noticing until after i was in my night attire. (108025669)

on my arrival the night receptioist was extremely helpful and accomodating. the room was clean and comfortable. i cannnot comment on the meals as i didn't use the restaurant

unfortunately there were no towels in my room on the second night and i was unable to contact reception on the phone.

Food was good, bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly.

When I booked the room I made it very clear we were coming with a two month old baby and needed a cot but none was provided with the room.
