this hotel is falling apart evident from the sad state of buildings, rooms, bathrooms, walkways, pool and garden areas. Cheap furnishings & poor lighting throughout. Carpet flooring in bathroom. Small room.

Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast very slow but quite good. Hotel had car parking which was very convenient for St Ives. Beautiful views.

The staff somewhat indifferent and not very professional.
