Lack of atmosphere in the dining/bar area when compared to country pubs for example. Poor quality picture on TV that had no remote control. No telephone in room.

Good rooms good food

The accomodation cost was taken in full on booking, as the rooms were booked 30 bays in advance it was a sizable chunck of money out of my Credit card for a long time and as I did not have an invoice I was unable to claim it back via company expenses. The fact that the hotel was doing this was not made clear during the online tranction, this is also the first time the money has actually been taken from my credit card usually it is just reserved.

reception was closed when we arrived(we new this in advance) however when we asked staff where to go to check in there was confusion and we were shunted back and forth between 2 buildings. and no soap provided in room with no-where on site to get any.

My mother phoned to check the booking and found only one room of the two had been booked - even though we had confirmation for the both. Sign of teh road is not really visable

Very good value.A goodsize comfortable room with an excellent bathroom which was big enough for 3 people.

The online booking was confusing as after I had reserved and paid for a room for 3 adults the confirmation said only 2 adults in a room so I then had to phone to clarify. I spoke to a very helpful lady.
