Excellent, really enjoyed our stay, the room and cleanliness was high standard. Very friendly and hospitable hosts and humorous company of their very friendly dog! Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay (107161049)

Lovely room with good view, good facilities, delicious breakfast (sufficient quantity for us but may not have been enough for a male appetite) made to feel very welcome on arrival with tea and biscuits.

Only bad point might be we felt the dining room (used for breakfast) was a little over-crowded with the number of tables.

Booked in for 1 night as going to theatre in Eastbourne, very central for theatres and shops close to sea front.Very good value breakfast very good staff very helpful. (108004985)
