We had a friendly welcome to the Hotel and good local advice re the carnival. Room was clean and covered our needs, tea making facilities, tv and a warm bed for the night. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and plentyful

The corridors were poorly decorated, but thats not unexpected as the the Hotel is under new management and currently being upgraded

Good location, nice room that had just been refurbished, good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Ordered lunch and eventually cancelled it after 50 min wait, the manager appologised for this and gave us a complimentary drink for the inconvience. Although the complaint was dealt with well, the wait for food was excessive as there was no one else eating there at the time. Although the room had just been refurbished and the bathroom looked very good the shower itself was very poor.

Adequate for the task, not business friendly, only plugs in my room were used for t.v. and kettle. If I wanted to plug in my phone or computer had to turn t.v. off etc.Bed linen was terrible, just one sheet over bare mattress, beds very uncomfortable. (107271613)

Easy access to Glastonbury and Wells.

went to reception to see if I could get some more tea and milk for my room. I was told I had my quoter, but when I offered to pay for them I was told that I indeed could get some.

Bed was firm; this is very good.

Door locks needed replacement. Booking process inadequate. I couldn't modify a booking online I had to cancel and rebook. This caused confusion and lead to a rebooked room not being reserved.
