Breakfast wasn't great. Dusty.

Comfortable but with lots of bad points mainly the road traffic and creaky floorboards and bed! The hotel is not worth the prices that they charge. (107880985)

The room was very tidy and always kept clean.

No vegetarian breakfast available. Noise from the road was dreadful and the window did not shut properly. Smell from sewers after bath. Bed and floorboards were very noisy and creaked everytime movement was made! Not worth the money at all.

After requesting another room we had a wonderful view over the Malvern hills. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The curtain pelmets and curtains were coming off their hooks and the curtains did not close fully. The bathroom skirting boards and particularly behind the toilet were covered in dust, not very nice.

Hotel mangeress was excellent, very friendly and good sense of humour. Clean linen, excellent view, good size room.

It was not explained when we booked an evening meal that the menu would be very limited on a Sunday night. No chance to have breakfast before 7.30 which for us was too late, so we had the contienntal which was pretty dire.Hotel just a little dated and in need of a revamp.
