Helpful, friendly staff and service. Good standard of accommodation. (107350069)

positive comments Excellent reception and checking in/out experience. Good standard of accommodation and the food in the hotel restaurant was of very good quality and value for money
negative comments The TV would not work in the room booked for the first night. Due to a change of plan, I extended my stay to 2 nights which meant a change of room. TV worked fine in the other room

Good hotel, in a great location. We have stayed here numerous times ut this time things were not up to scratch like normal. (108095171)

positive comments The hotel is beautiful in a brilliant area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
negative comments Our room had a broken wardrobe door, which had a sign on it saying it was awaiting repair. The sound system in the bathroom was also not working, and the cleaner had forgotton to put the bed back near the wall after cleaning!

Generally we were pleased with our trip to Manchester. (108055323)

positive comments The above question doesn`t specify if you`re asking about this particular hotel or about all hotels I had stayed in during this year. I marked this hotel only. The hotel is new and clean. Receptionsts were very nice and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. There is a good transportation to the centre of Manchester by a tramway. It`s mutch worse with buses.
negative comments In order to get a newspaper one has to go to the reception, downstairs. We would not recommend the hotel`s restaurant. Breakfast and dinner selection is very poor. Though food was not bad, but portions are for the small children and the prices are high. The telephone in the room was not working properly. It was connecting the reception only. There was no chance to call outside of the hotel. I discussed this with the reception, but somewhow the problem was not solved. The receptionist was willing to give us another room, but I didn`t want to change the rooms.

Ok hotel. Nice rooms, but nothing really special. Not worth the premium in my view. (108079126)

positive comments Very nice room, big LCD screen, nice comfy bed and clean modern decor. Oh and the shower was excellent!
negative comments Food was ok, but over-priced at that standard. There was no free WiFi in the rooms as advertised here. It was
