very positive. such a nice friendly place. it was only the bed really but that was all. could fault the place !! (107963880)

service was really good, everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was of a high standard. the hotel was nice , the bar was friendly and the room was lovely. all the staff there are a massive positive for this hotel, they should receive a big xmas bonus!!!!!

the only bad point was the bed slats kept coming off and we had to sleep in dips in the bed. the kettle was full of lime scale and we only had one cup. small points, me being picky really.

I would like to have known in advance that the bar / pub / restaurant was closed on Mondays (the night of my stay) and breakfast was available from 9am only. Therefore there was no food available during my stay. This should have at least been made clear at the time of booking or prior to arrival.

noisy dog, hot room, poor shower pressure, breakfast started at 08:00, not good for business guest, 3 wire coat hangers in room no wardrobe, facilities in room lower than that of a premier inn, cost is higher per night for less. (108092878)
