Generally ok but computer was down in the morning and we could not check out. Had no extras but asked to sign for them "in case I had had them" - refused. 4 days after leaving still haven't received a bill! (107197878)

My telephone booking which had to be modified, was not confirmed and when I turned up there was no room for me. The attitude of your Comapny and the hotel was appaulling and nobody was willing to help me. I will never allow my staff to use this company again.

Nice modern and comfortable room with free internet. Building is very quiet so excellent for working and sleeping!

Check in instructions could be clearer as the rooms are actually in a seperate building with signage but nothing to tell you to check in at hotel across the road (albeit the hotel is the Shaftesbury so it didn't take too long to work out!) Just could be clearer
