Cathedral Quarter Hotel

A venue with amazing potential, but ruined by an unprofessional staff. Final straw was having to endure receptionist defend the bad service. Unfortunately, still one the best of a bad bunch of hotels in Derby. (107611218)

Lovely building and good location.

Amateurish and timely check-in by staff. Very brusque service in the restaurant. Appalling service at breakfast time - some guests waiting an hour for a humble cooked breakfast!

Loved the hotel and location and bearing despite the few minor gripes would stay again but would maybe be more robust in getting a better price! (107839332)
