Very nice bathroom with a nice power shower, room was clean and did the job! Good location aswell for overnight travel as just off the motorway, also only a few mins away from cribbs causeway area.

Computerised check-in was a bit difficult and took about 15 mins. Vending machine was empty to had to purchase drinks from the overpriced starbucks next door. Hotel not very well sign posted and GPS did not pick up postcode.

the room was beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped and the shower was amazing!

we arrived late and i was a bit confused about the check in process a member of staff was very helpful however

should have additional pillows available in rooms. sld make rewards or similar system available for frequent users. (107289769)

Comfort and all facilities I needed in the room.

Electronic check-in wasn't working so it took me over half an hour to check in, the poor receptionist was struggling with the system. More training needed I think.
