room was supposed to be non smoking but smelt awful, had to change rooms. Extremely noisy on street until early hours with students shouting and reveling!

Midden in het centrum. Prettige ruime kamers, prettige bedden en schoon sanitair. Geen romantisch Engels hotel, eerder een zaken hotel.

Het enige wat er niet goed was, was de klimaat beheersing. Aangezien de ramen niet open kunnen ben je volkomen afhankelijk van de aanwezige airconditioning ofwel verwarming. Het was veel te warm en te droog in de kamer met name s'nachts. Met als gevolg droge mond, dichte neus en slecht slapen.Kan niet als je dit soort bedragen betaalt!!!

Room was clean and we were able to change rooms when we complained that one smelt of cigarette smoke. Valet parking was efficient.

Tap dripped, bedside lamp didn't work, room was very small and dark. First room had been better, but smelt smokey so we changed. Noisy neighbours (we were woken up by vigorous love-making!), and nearby disco. Breakfast very expensive so we ate out.

This was our first visit to Cambridge and sadly will be our last staying in the city. Parking was a total nightmare and we worked out that it would have been much better to have stayed in a hotel outside Cambridge and then travel in by park and ride. We would not recommend Cambridge to any of our friends as a short stay venue as it has totally priced itself out of the market. (97575472)

The lighting in the room was poor - one light inbetween the beds was totally inadequate if you wanted to read in bed - room too dark - an additional standard lamp would have been better. The website indicated that the hotel was near to the Aracde Car Park, giving the impression it was easy to park - in fact it was NOT. When we arrived the car park was full and we had to spend an age trying to find parking facilities and then walk with our luggage to the hotel. The price also for parking was ridiculous - our main objective during our stay was to drive away from Cambridge each day to stay out of the city as long as we could knowning that when we did return the cost of parking would be far too high. Not something we had bargained for.

£15 to park a car is a little naughty. Staff 'waiting' at breakfast could be shown how to smile at customers, which creates a welcome atmosphere, and costs the hotel nothing (I may be being a little 'picky' on this!)
