Check-in staff very off hand, rude, unhelpful to say the least. Actually diheartened what was meant to be a "treat" for me and my husband. Security staff in evening also quite obstructive and off hand: questioned us twice while inside hotel if we were residents or not.

Fair. Bad nights sleep though due to hot temperature in room and loud noises coming from out side - from other people and alarms. Staff were very friendly. (107241472)

Very clean. Hotel is spacious and looks modern and well designed.

Walls are so thin it is impossible not to hear other rowdy people in the hall ways, in the early hours of the morning. At 3am there was even some sort of alarm ringing which woke every body up. Air conditioning could not go below 19 degrees, and was not very effective.

Delightful staff. Brand new hotel. Good tea/coffee facilities. Very good for three star. Breakfast included lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lovely view of dock and river Mersey from window. Air conditioning. Lovely marble floors in reception area
