What could have been a pleasant stay was ruined because the payment taken from my account weeks prior to the stay had not been received by the hotel. The radio in the kitchen on all night did not help (107464156)

Secure car park, convenient location, value for money

check in far too late, poor reception facilities, we were made to feel like criminals because the web site and hotel had not processed the room payment TV did not work, money taken from account at least a month in advance. radio on in kitchen all night long.

Location, parking

No wireless in annex, wasn't clear that the original room I had booked had no en suite facilities but I was found another room - but no wireless was an issue. I had to use the main sitting room.

Enjoyed it a great deal. If we are ever up that way again there could only be one hotel to stay in. (107196791)

Lovely character-filled room. Excellant staff. Tasteful decoration in keeping with property. Use as a base to explore Castle and Cathedral. Superb dining/pubs nearby. Close to shops. Close to the heart of Roman Lincoln. (108084427)
