Very Clean room, Gave very clear directions on how to get there, Very friendly staff, good facilities in the room

You need to go to a certain place in London to collect the keys to then go to your apartment which in our case was a timely experience, I feel that where you stay is where you should collect your keys

noisy works outside, was not warned of this. had to pick up tickets from zone 1, then travel to accom in zone 2 of london- additinal travel costs. not easy to find at first. bit of a dodgy area- near a prison! room stank of something a bit awful- smoke and who knows what else. radiator didnt work.

"The room was not as described and certainly did not look like the photographs on the website. The map does not accurately reflect the apartments position the entrance to the house itself was still being renovated and there was no lighting in the halls, landing and stairs. The bedding was of very poor quality and in no sense could the furniture be described as exquisite as per the website.The house was noisy and felt entirely as if I was in bed-sit land which in truth is where it was." the dust under the bed!!!!!! It was gross!!!!! And I honestly didn't believe the sheet was the freshest either...

Clean

Badly advertised. Booked a twin got a double. Thought my accomodation was where map highlighted it, only to find out that the highlighted point was the key pick up point. The accomodation was 3 tube stops away!!!

I think that's worth the price. We enjoyed the area which makes you feel you really live in the town rather than staying in a touristic place. However, it's a bit small if you intend to do more than sleeping and eating there. (97580735)

Clean Confortable

A bit noisy (due to a noisy neighbor...) Check in not at the appartment

Pleased with where we were in relation to the Emirates Stadium for the gig and adequate, but small room. Not happy with the check in process (97666404)

Compact and all facilities clean and adequate for stay.

Weird check in where you have to go elsewhere to pick up a key and they ask you to pay in cash before you then go on the tube to get to the studio. All seemed rather dodgy! Also the directions sent by email were not in the same apartments as we were in and also the e mails received were in poorly worded english at times. Also duvets covered in fluff where they looked like they had gone in the wash with a tissue!
