Reception & bar area very well decorated and staff pleasant and friendly, room very clean but see below, and difficult to get t o with cases(stairs & fire doors)

Room not ready despite requesting early check in,room disappointing, shabby and old fashioned, no bisciuts & limited comp drinks. Bill incorrect overcharged for drinks in the bar.

Everything I needed for a short stay and I would definitley recomend if your looking for the same. (107275650)

No room in the restuarant for a meal, would have been good to have been advised to do this as we did not arrive until 8.45pm and I had to be up at 5.00am for a triathlon we would have booked had we have known as looking for an alternative made everything a little late

I will be visiting St Albans every week for the next year. I can see no point in considering staying anywhere else (107248436)

Exception quality and value for money. The room was modern and spotless, and the location quite lovely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. First class.
