we found all the staff in the hotel to be very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much for them to help in ever way, very pleased, thankyou

unfortunetly, on the monday when my daughter went down for breakfast at the public house attached she was a few minutes late for breaky and thay wouldn't serve her although she just wanted some ceriels and they were still on display and other members of our whole party were still eating, very very diapointed on that side of the set up, infact i am thinking of writing a strong letter of complaint
