Excellent , I would stay there again. Really lovely location and friendly staff. (97471502)

positive comments Excellent food in the pub. Lovely view of the yacht marina from my room. I thought one might hear the noise from the pub in the rooms, but mine room was on the second floor and quiet.
negative comments As a 60+ unfit person, I struggled with the two flights of stairs each time I went up to the room. Would a lift be out of the question?

I had spent the day walking from Marloes and was rather wet and bedraggled on arrival. The reception staf were very welcoming. After recovering from my exertions the hotel provided everything that I needed, food and drink, at reasonable prices. (97250810)

positive comments The hotel is in a good position a few minutes walk from the railway station. My room was large, well furnished and overlooked the marina with good views towards Pembroke Docks. there was a large lounge bar on the ground floor which served Brains beer and good food.

Generally, the hotel was fine, however in my opinion it was overpriced. (97186045)

positive comments The room size was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
negative comments The staff were not very helpful. It took us 20 minutes to check in as the required staff member could not be located. The staff were particularly unhelpful in terms of recommending activities to do in the area, and places to go for a meal at night. The breakfast, which was supposed to be included in the price, did not have everything claimed on the menu.

A very pleasant and conveniently located hotel, overlooking the waterfront, with nicely furnished rooms. Be aware that the area is hilly and that, although close to the railway station, there is nonetheless a quite demanding uphill walk between the two. (99493256)

positive comments Proximity to railway station and the town's general amenities. Pleasant views from the front windows.
