The Manor Hotel

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel - we will definitely use it again in the future - ideal location for the NEC. (107116064)

This room is approx twice that I'd normally pay, personally, apart from having more space, there was very little difference. Service was good, friendly & professional, other guests unfortunately were not, but I suppose you get that with wedding parties. Houston bar, food was very well cooked, but if you're really hungry, then order a starter as the main meals are not generous. Probably would stay again, but would request a quieter area away from lift. (97904735)

Friendly staff, decent location, clean

The room was next to the lift shaft and therefore noisy. There was a wedding party, therefore pools of vomit in the carpark, couples arguing, people comatose in the hotel chairs, room decor was jaded, tile broken in bathroom, TV unit doors almost hanging off,

We had booked a table in the dining room for both nights of our stay but on the Saturday, although it transpired the dining room was open, we were directed to the bar for our dinner. On the Sunday the dining room was closed. However the limited choice of food was of a high standard. The staff looked after us and we enjoyed our stay but we were dissapointed at having to eat in the bar. In future we would probably book direct with the hotel to ensure we were more informed of the facilites for our next visit. (97896220)

There seemed to be a muddle with our room as our room number was changed after we checked in. The room we ended up with was smaller but was otherwise OK.
