was a lovely little hotel very enjoyable and close to the football ground and shops

only that we couldnt get dinner there but were aware of this before we went so not really a problem as there was a garage and the shops were close by

Staff were friendly.

Quite a rough area and a rough pub underneath the hotel playing fairly loud jukebox music.

Staff were very friendly couldnt help me more, even when there was a problem with taxi back into town after my stay was so friendly enough to drive into town personally, that is beyond normal service and will happily stay there again when back in liverpool. (108048395)

initially from the outsidei had second thoughts, but once inside the hotel room my fears were allayed .The staff,room were of high quality, and we arrived in the evening, requested a plate of sandwiches which were provided free of charge thank you (97885467)

The hotel had only been open 6weeks after being refurbished - very nicely too. The heating in the room unfortunately didnt work, so room was very cold during the night. No complaints about anything else, staff were very friendly and felt at home as soon as signed in at reception. (2972955)

Not far from the town centre. The room was clean and towels provided were soft and fluffy!!!!

The /Breakfast Dining area, which is at the back of the adjoining pub, no partition from the actual bar itself.
