Very helpful staff, lovely clean and spacious room with very good shower. Wonderful Thai food served in the pub opposite and very convenient for the airport.

Would benefit by offering WiFi. This is the only bad point.

Very pleasant convenient accommodation, with the Queens Pub just over the road which was also very pleasant, with good menu and an assortment of interesting characters. The beer was good too.

Could do with better quality soap and shampoo. This seriously needs upgrading. The sausages at breakfast need to be incinerated, likewise the hash browns. Otherwise very acceptible.

I will go back to the hotel. And I recommend it to anybody. It does not have the modern technological gadgets, such as internet... But it provides the needed quietness in this crazy world. The staff was nice and professional. (99615311)

The hotel was clean, both the room and the bathroom. The location was perfect to me. The hotel was calm, far from the usual urban noise. I also had a sense of privacy.

I was expecting a telephone in the room. I was however explained that there was a public phone in the lobby of the hotel.

Easy to find ( there is a better map on the hotels own website.) Very close to Heathrow but not looking onto airport. Secluded and secure. Well kept, attractive grounds. Room very clean with all basic needs. Nice friendly staff. (3304887065)
