When booking, we thought that we were booking a double room with en-suite facilities but on arrival we were offered a room with en-suite but needed to pay 22% more. We also thought that a parking place would be reserved but it is on street parking (first come first served). The staff were very helpful and friendly. (97151398)

Room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during the stay. TV in lounge was always on a foreign channel. Lack of parking spaces meant going everywhere by bus to save a space. No bar facilities. Everything in the room was run from a number of extension leads across the floor. They did not know about scrambled eggs.
