Waterfront Lodge

Other than the above we like the waterfront hotel but will we stay again ??? (107587460)

The breakfast was very good and the bathroom was nice plus towels and soaps etc

The Tv was out of order 50% of the lighting in the room was not working also it was very cold at times in the rooms, I hit my head on the TV putting waste in the bin. My son also hit his head and cut it we did ask when we booked the room if we could have two rooms away from the canel side as the last twice we have stay we have been kept awake by the swearing and noise of people using the canel path I always tell friends and business contacts to stay at the waterlodge hotel Please note this is only a summary of bad points and not complaints

Modern, clean, Good service & value

Missed pizza room service but that was my fault! (stops at 10pm!)

Central location

I expect hotels to have a higher standard of comfort than a bed and breakfast. The hotel matched the level of comfort and room of a bed and breakfast but was more expensive and breakfast was additional to the cost. (2540890)

This was outstanding value and worth the short detour into Brighouse if you need to be anywhere in the area. The menu looked good. (2504650)

A lovely stylish room, the photo does not do it justice. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. It was easy to get extra pillows, towels, coffee, milk, iron etc

None. The public car park is 30p/hour 8am - 6 pm 7/7 but didn't affect me as I arrived late and left early.
