The accomodation was good.Well equipped.Everything worked. It was very conveniently placed.close to station etc. The only complaint was total absence of staff at weekends coupled with the fact that the contact nos. on line and pinned to the reception office door were not answered so any query,check in/out were impossible on saturdays and Sundays. The room was good,comfortable, clean

There are no staff at weekends you cannot contact them on tel.nos.given.I had to stay in another hotel when I arrived on a Sunday.Could not check out on Saturday.Had to leave key on a desk which with the front door open meant anyone could walk off the street and take key.Could not check my bill as no one there and no answer to telephone calls.Very unsatisfactory.

A good idea poorly executed. Very limited availability of staff. Location Good. Parking. OK Breakfast adequate. Room needed a good clean (2972191)
