glad we booked this hotel, very close to the trainstation so location great. (107131323)

staff very friendly & helpful, and kept hold of our bags so we could go out and enjoy our second day before going home, excellent continental breakfast with great choice. location only a ten minute bus journey straight to the metro centre or 5 minute walk to more local centres. thought it was a great idea that the room card was required for the lifts and stairs.

From check in to check out the service provided by every member of staff I came into contact with was superb. The hotel is very modern and I would certainly recommend it to anybody travelling to Newcastle. (3304236045)
