Hotel seems to be falling apart, didn't find the futon beds at all comfortable, sorry, but it was only for one night.

My overall impression was that the Globe offers excellent value for money. The room was of a good standard, the bar was comfortable and the restaurant was well furnished, interesting and offered superb food. My only reservation is in respect of car parking which is limited. (97643648)

Inadequate parking

I would have liked to know before booking that the parking was on a first come first served basis & was very limited. 6 to 8 spaces only. However the rest of the experience compensated for the limited parking, especially the food. Short walk to shops & Warwick Castle. (99143288)

The hotel is a little run down and could do with a clean. The restaurant however is very good. Food excelent and generally clean. The bar is untidy. This is mainly due to the local drunks that seem to frequent the bar. There was a great deal of swearing which generaly undermine's the hotel. One local even passed out at the table as she was extreamly drunk. The staff just seem to allow this to hapen and turn a blind eye. If you are going to welcome business people to a hotel this type of person should be discouraged. I had guests meet me at the hotel and we moved on to another bar in town as a result. I will use the hotel again as it is easy for me with regard to the place I visit, however until the clientel is improved I will be finding alternative bar a food facilities, and I would not recommend to others. Have stayed in the Hotel on three separate occasions, standard of room has varied, it is excellent if you have one of the larger rooms on the first floor. If you have any other rooms it can be disappointing. (3304597840)

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, which was clean and comfortable, if a little tired. The rooms were basic but the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Thai food in the Restaurant was excellent. The Hotel is very well positioned for walking around Warwick without needing a car and quiet even though it is positioned on a busy road.I would go back and although I would recommend the hotel to others, it would not be without some words of caution about what to expect. If you want a mini bar and modern facilities, then this is not for you. The Music in the Bar was very good. (3304385268)
