Final bill was correct! Amazing as despite the modern technology, most often hotel bills are wrong.

TV, CD etc player so complicated it took me two days to find out the CD player wasn't working!

That there was a train line at the back of the hotel. Its all very well saying it has fantastic views of the river.... That's fine, but for rooms at the back of the hotel it was a far less rewarding experience! (99435525)

Room was modern and well equipped. Very comforatable bed.

There were 4 train lines immediately outside my window with a passing train / underground at least every 30 seconds fro 5am til 1 am.

Noisy trains

A nice hotel,not overly plush but ok for a short stay. Good location to visit all the sites. Good room service but the meals were not overly hot, better when we informed them. Very slow check-out even though we had tried to do it from our room but this service was not available. We still had to wait for over twenty minutes. (3305497302)

Train line ran at the back of the Hotel and could be very noisy, also alot of street noise.

Reception area on presentation clean & modern (impressive). Location was good for bus,tube & taxis- within walking distance of many attractions.

Room choice a little disappointing, no views of Parliament, Big Ben or River Thames.
