Great facilities

Flower market was very noisy on Monday Morning

after some of the recent experiences i have had with hotel accomadation in birmingham, the flat was a pleasure. would have liked a bit more information about distance and location from the station. (99573805)

We both found the apartment excellent value for money in general it was clean, provided all home comforts which made our stay a very pleasant experience. Slight noise from the market early on Saturday morning but nothing to deter us from having a very relaxing weeekend. The closeness of the shops was an added bonus. Will stay again rather than a hotel when in Birmingham again (99335987)

Modern apartment with everythign needed, closer proximity to shopping and nightlife. Excellent alternative to a hotel.

Could not check-in until 4. Had 2 rooms, one was fine but in the second one the curtain rail fell off and the handle fell off the front door!!

The Birmingham Premiere Aparments are fine and do offer good value for money. I the surroundings are noisey but you are in the centre of Birmingham. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. We checked out 30 minutes late and were charged ten pounds extra which seemed a little petty. (3304314691)

I liked having a suite at a room only price.

The room was not serviced during our stay. There was a constant drone of lorries making deliveries to the wholesale market.

I was really pleased with the apartment and would definately stay again. The room was clean and as I said before like home from home. The man on reception was really helpful in telling us directions to places we asked. Hotel was really central and in walking distance from main attractions. (3304118269)

Better information on car parking. I drove around for 3/4 of an hour before getting into the car park at the side, after nearly having to pay £32 at a car park I found myself in. Therefore it would be useful to have a breakdown of parking costs and directions of nearby parking.

Could do with satellite TV and a receptionist in the evening/night incase there any problems.
