We arrived on Thursday 27th at around 4pm, our room was not ready at this time, which was disappointing. We were told we would have to wait for about 50 minutes. I could not understand why this was. When we were given the key to the room there was an incredibly strong smell of talcum powder. The bathroom was a very spacious, however there was nowhere to put the shower head and had to sit down in the bath to have a shower or stand up holding the shower head. In this day and age, this should be a minimum requirement in a bathroom of a hotel room. Overall though I liked this hotel mainly because of its location and spacious bedroom.

The room was clean and spacious for a hotel room in Paris. It was in a very nice, quiet location.

There was a constant smell of fried food in the lobby was a bit off putting.

for this price, one would expect a higher level of friendlyness and comfort.

The Lenox is a five-minute walk from the Musee D'Orsay. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and well-furnished. The bar was comfortable and above all the price was reasonable for what was delivered.

I liked the location of the hotel - conveniently located near the Seine and very close to central St. Germain but a couple blocks away from all the commotion which makes it nice and more quiet. The hotel had a nice, helpful staff and the hotel bar is very nice and makes good snack food. The room was clean, bathroom was modern and the air conditioning was essential. The bed was comfortable.

The hair dryer wasn't great so if you are a woman and it is important to you, bring your own.

The Hotel Lenox Saint Germain is a charming, typically Parisian hotel in a perfect, Left Bank location with easy access to excellent restaurants, museums and the Seine. We were upgraded because no further double rooms were available and given a delightful attic room. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were all unfailingly charming. We highly recommend this hotel and we will return.
