Quorn Lodge Hotel

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Very conveniently situated close to town centre. We found it good value and would certainly use it again. (107188584)

Food was excellent; hotel and rooms very clean; staff pleasant and helpful; room comfortable and warm.

Shower in bathroom rather poor and took a long time to heat up; lack of fresh milk made tea and coffee taste unpleasant (in dining room as well as bedroom).

Friendly staff, size of room and modern shower/bath

Not a dislike but a lift would have been useful since my husband walks with some difficulty. We did not know that there were rooms on the main floor. Also, could have used an extra set of towels and a shower cap.

Size of room and facilities

Melton Mowbray is a surprisingly large, industrial town. Check exact street location and route within the town before you get there. Rush hour traffic was worse than expected. (3304344300)

Food was excellent. Bed and bathroom linens excellent. Tea + coffee in room is extremely useful.

Room cleaning needs some attention but bathroom needs serious upgrading especially with a view to making it easy to keep clean.
