Service in the Bar excellent.. Great view over the Golf course

Staff were as helpful as possible but we should have been told - either by Active Hotels or the hotel itself when I telephoned to confirm our arrival time on the day - that you need to book a table in the restaurant in advance if you wish to eat. (97134650)

Good quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay even though we were very disappointed with the food. The carpet in our room was stained which was a pity as it was the first thing one saw when entering the room. (3304759370)

Good position for exploring the area. Somehow not particulary relaxing as during the day it always seemed very formal and staff were often very busy to see you. The evenings were different, the barman Raj, very helpful chatty abd always remembered what your order was!The restaurant seldom busy but if you don't book it seemed to be a problem, even if there were only 3/4 tables! The agenda for the stay was met. But without putting my finger on it I doubt if we would come back to the hotel. This may have been because it wa too quiet. At breakfast we were the opnly people in the restaurant on the first morning and I felt the staff wanted us out of the way. There were three of us but only two plates. I had to use a bowl for both the fruit and toast. The staff just passed through, or laid tables for lunch. (3304209988)

The breakfast was not good value for 11 Euros. The choice was very limited.

The hotel was in a quiet part of Arras, outside the centre. It was clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The main problem we had was actually finding the hotel - the directions were poor. (2457454)

We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the staff there were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel staff. The waiter showed us to our table and took our order while talking on his mobile.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others, especially the friendliness and politeness of the staff and their helpfulness e.g. speaking English when we had difficulty with the language.
