Convenient for my purpose

TV had not been tuned in and could not be viewed. Shower was cold - the hot water could be felt in the mixer tap but only cold water came out the shower head Room was very basic but clean

Comfy bed with kettle, drink-making ingredients, fridge, hairdryer and small ensuite shower room with toilet. The room was clean, though very small. I didn't expect much for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Good breakfast.

The only negative was that the TV was not tuned in to any stations at all so we couldn't watch the news when we got in, but this was a small complaint. We didn't raise it with the hotel staff so they were not given the chance to remedy this problem.

the shower in our room leaked all over the floor in the bathroom and when we both sat on one of the single beds it broke in half !!!! - someone on the staff very kindly hammered another piece of wood to it !!!

CONVEINIENT TO OUR DESTINATION

THE FILTH. NO LIFTS NO DISABLED FACILITIES UNCOMFORTABLE BED. WHY IS THERE A FULL SIZE SINK UNIT 6 KITCHEN CUPBOARDS NO DRESSING TABLE WHY!! THE SHOWER NIS HOLDING LOTS OF DISGUSTING GERMS IT WAS BLACK DIRT AND PINK FILTH IN IT THE SKIRTING BOARDS AND PAINWORK WAS BLACK

Location. Very convenient as an overnight stop.

The entrance to the hotel was not nice.. The room was too small for 2 people, almost impossible to get into bed!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Strange set-up in that we had to go to the back door to check in, and breakfast was in an Iranian Restaraunt round the corner, strange 'continental breakfast' which comprised of lots of toast, tea or coffee and 'egg' which turned out to be an omlette! No lifts in hotel. Room was small but adequate for one night's stay. (99484316)

There was a much quicker way to walk to the Hotel from Waterloo station than the one shown on the map. Admittedly it was back streets, but it knocked 10 mins of the walk. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the cleanliness of the hotel was good (except for the hair on the floor of the room and the dust under the bed. Breakfast was adequate, but not strictly speaking a Continental breakfast (99998642)

Because of the alterations Reception wasn't immediately obvious and you had to walk around the outside of the hotel to go for breakfast. OK for us as weather was dry, not too good had it rained

old style, rooms haven't been renovated, breakfast was awful but free, the hotel restaurant where we had it wasn't clean since last night

the accomodation was good for the price, although a little on the small side. it was clean and comfortable. the television would not work by following the instructions with the remote control, probably due to the previous guest having upset the settings. would suggest that sets are checked and reset where required when preparing the rooms. the breakfast was good the staff were polite,courteous, and attentive to our needs. thank you. The staff were exceptionally kind. My husband had just had a knee op and they were very helpful, they offered to fetch take away food for him even though it was not their usual service and always asked after him when they saw him. They couldn't do enough for us and were very courteous. I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so friendly.

The room was too small for 2 people. The breakfast area was not very clean and the tables were not cleared. Everything about the hotel was a little grubby.
